Creating envelope or other mailing tools has never been easier. Word enables its users to do these types of communications very fast and easy.

Create envelope, add return address, set font, paper orientation, prepare to print and print it in just a few minutes. Here is how, step by step: Open Word document and go into Mailing tab, Create section and choose Envelope. Word Screenshot 1 When you choose this command, a new windows pops up where you should write the delivery information. If it is first time you create envelope, you also need to write the return address (you may save the returning address for the later use as well). Word Screenshot 2 After setting the both delivery and return addresses, you need to define envelope size. In order to do this, you should click the Options tab, and at the Envelope size you can choose from different defined size options: Word Screenshot 3 In the same windows, on the tab at the right side, you may find Printing options. Here you define how the envelope should be printed, where is it going to be placed and on which side (face up/down is the side of printing) etc.

For detailed information you may see the options on the Word screenshot 4 (image below): Word Screenshot 4 Since we have finished with all information needed for printing the envelope, now we have two choices: to print it or to add it to the document: Word Screenshot 5 If you choose to add it to the document, when you open your Word document you will see it like “first page”, so the next time you open your document the envelope will be the first thing you will see. It is simple as that. Now you are ready to do your envelopes when you need them.

How to print envelopes in pages

  • When you print another envelope, it's just a few steps. Open the document you saved. Click Mailings > Envelopes. Make any changes that you want to addresses, layout, or envelope size. Click File > Print. Under Pages, select Current Page, and then click Print.

How To Print Envelopes In Windows 10

Now you can either only print the envelope or add it with a document and print the envelope along with the document. Creating labels with Word. In Word, click on Labels in the Mailing ribbon menu. Enter the Label address and check on the Print options either Full page of same label or Single label.
